Data Collection for Self-Hosters
For self-hosted installations, Invoice Ninja does NOT collect data other than limited PII for paid account management:
- Account username and email (paid accounts)
- Company details (name, website, phone, address, VAT/ID numbers)
- Sub-user names and emails
- Industry and company size
- Geolocation via IP (paid accounts)
- Billing information (paid accounts)
Data Control & Erasure
Self-hosters can request complete PII purging by contacting privacy@invoiceninja.com. Invoice Ninja commits to deletion within 2 business days.
Error Reporting
Users can voluntarily submit anonymized error data to Invoice Ninja servers for debugging purposes only.
